On the streets , the twin-turbo V8 engine is notable for both its ferocious power and its near-complete miis of aural feedback. Even with the acceleration pedal pushed down to the floor, there's only a muted hum to accompany the breastbone-bending acceleration. If the powerplant weren't so quiet, we probably wouldn't have observed the unidentified powertrain whine around city that modified pitch depending on engine speed.
